    1. Prepaid Shipping

    • Estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • 1-5 days delivery for South Indian States (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana) through DTDC courier.

    2. COD Shipping

    • Estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • Shipping Cost will be added to the product's total cost.
    • Shipped by Surface
    • Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and will be shown during checkout.
    • You have to pay Rs. 199/- as advance after the COD order is placed, to confirm the order and the rest amount you have to pay during delivery.
    • COD order will be automatically canceled, if Rs. 199/- is not paid in a few hours.
    • Rs. 199/- will not be refunded, if the order is canceled after it is shipped.  


    • Once parcels are dispatched, we don't have any control over them as the courier is a separate company. Please contact us if you have any concerns during delivery and we will work with the courier to resolve them.

     3. International Shipping

    • Items are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received. It takes around 10-30 business days to deliver.
    • We use reputed couriers like Fedex, DHL, Bluedart, EMS, etc.
    • We will ship from China.
    • Customer will help courier for the clearance of customs if needed. 
    • There is no refund or return available after purchase.
    • If any problem in product it will be refunded.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • All items purchased from Apexel India are carefully made and packed with love. Each item is checked before being packaged and sent to all of our customers, however, regretfully from time to time, items can be damaged in transit. 
    • For damages and exchange requests, please contact us on Whatsapp or email at within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. A refund/replacement will be issued after verification free of cost.
