Refund policy
Apexelin Private Limited, herein referred to as Apexel India or Apexelin can be used interchangeably.
The buyer will get a full refund (including return shipping cost, if any) or replacement if
- the received order is damaged
- there is a manufacturing defect
- wrong product was delivered
- the product is lost in transit
Provide proof in the form of an image or video to our email support@apexel.in. The order amount will not be refunded in any other case once the product is sold. We have attached sample shots from the lenses and their reviews in each product description. So check that or contact us before buying.
If the buyer still wants to return the product for other reasons not mentioned above, then the buyer has to contact us within 7 days after delivery. The buyer will have to bear the return shipping cost, and Rs. 199/- will be deducted from the order amount. The rest money will be refunded after the order is received. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the product just like new. Otherwise, the refund will not be issued.
Important: Do an unboxing video of the delivered product so that the buyer has solid proof if the product is broken/tempered/missing during transportation. Without unboxing video proof, the buyer cannot claim any refund/replacement.
Additional Refund Policy:
1. If an order is returned due to a problem from the buyer's side (like non-availability or not responding to courier calls or wrong phone number provided during the order, or not accepting from the courier, or any similar cases), then the order will be resent after buyer will pay Rs. 199 or Rs. 199 will be deducted, and the rest will be refunded.
2. For COD orders, if the buyer is not accepting the order from the courier, the Rs. 199/- will not be refunded.
3. If the buyer has received the product packaging in tampered or damaged condition before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package. Also, please inform us about that on email support@apexel.in, mentioning the Order ID. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement will be issued to the buyer at no additional cost, or the money will be refunded after the return is complete.
4. After delivery, if the buyer has received any manufacturing defect/damaged product, the product will be replaced with a new product, or the money will be refunded. Buyer has to contact by email support@apexel.in within 24 hours of the product delivery with proof (images). Otherwise, it will be treated as a used product, and no refund will be entertained. Please ensure the original product tag and packing are intact when the buyer sends us the product back. Either a return will be initiated from our side, or if such service is unavailable in the buyer's Pincode buyer have to dispatch the product using speed post/courier.
5. All refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product. The buyer will be responsible for returning the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of scratch, wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.
6. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Apexel India in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
7. If the return of a product is duly accepted by Apexel India, the product's value, as originally paid by the buyer, will be refunded to the buyer within 2 days of receiving the return.
8. No return or refund will be entertained if the lens is incompatible with the front camera, as the lenses are meant for the back camera only.
Cancellation Policy:
1. The buyer can cancel the order anytime before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount without specifying any reason. Just drop an email support@apexel.in.
2. If the buyer wants to cancel the order after it is shipped, the shipping cost of Rs. 199/- will be deducted, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
Note: For International shipments, the order is not returned or canceled once the order is placed. Accessories cannot be returned if they are not defective.
Warranty Policy:
There is a 1 year warranty on the products we sell. If there is any manufacturing defect, we will replace (not refund) the product without any questions asked.
What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation
- Damage due to acts of nature.
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product
- The warranty will start on the date of delivery.
- An image or video of the defective product has to be shown to claim the warranty.
- Everything, including the product original box, has to be returned
- Apexel India will bear the return shipping cost.
- Replacement will be sent based on product availability.
- If the product is no longer available, the full amount will be refunded, or a similar product will be sent after confirming with the buyer.
