Shipping and Return

Pan-India shipping available.
The order is shipped on the same day or the next business day.

    1. Prepaid Shipping

    • Estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • If you choose "Express Shipping", it will be delivered in 5 days (for South Indian states only). If not delivered within 5 days, we will refund the extra cost of express shipping.

    2. COD Shipping

    • Estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • Shipping cost will be added to the product's total cost.
    • Shipped by Surface
    • Shipping cost will be calculated based on the product price and will be shown at checkout.
    • You have to pay Rs. 199/- as an advance after the COD order is placed to confirm the order, and the remaining amount you have to pay during delivery.
    • The COD order will be automatically cancelled if Rs. 199/- is not paid within a few hours.
    • Rs. 199/- will not be refunded if the order is cancelled after it is shipped.  

    Note:

    • Once parcels are dispatched, we no longer have control over them, as the courier is a separate company. Please contact us if you have any concerns during delivery, and we will work with the courier to resolve them.
    • Rs. 199/- will not be refunded if the order is cancelled after it is shipped.

     3. International Shipping

    • Items are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received. It takes around 10-30 business days to deliver.
    • We use reputable couriers such as FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, and EMS.
    • We will ship from China.
    • The customer will help the courier with customs clearance if needed. 
    • There are no refunds or returns available after purchase.
    • If there is any problem with the product, a refund will be issued.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • All items purchased from Apexel India are carefully made and packed with love. Each item is checked before being packaged and sent to all of our customers; however, regretfully, from time to time, items can be damaged in transit. 
    • For damage and exchange requests, please contact us by email at support@apexel.in within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. A refund/replacement will be issued after verification, free of cost.

    FOR MOBILE PHONE CASES

    The order will be shipped directly from the China warehouse to your address. 

      1. Prepaid Shipping

      • The estimated average delivery time is 20-30 business days after shipping.

      2. COD Shipping

      • NO COD ORDERS FOR THIS CASE.
      • So place only prepaid orders.

      Cancellation and Return

      • Once an order is placed, you cannot cancel. Also, even after cancellation, there will be no refund.
      • For a damaged or wrong product, only a refund will be issued. Please contact us by email at support@apexel.in within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. A refund/replacement will be issued after verification, free of cost.
      • Do an unboxing video when you receive the parcel. So that you will have proof if anything goes wrong.
