Shipping policy

Pan India shipping is available.
Order is shipped on the same day or the next Business Day.

    1. Prepaid Shipping

    • The estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • 1-5 days delivery for South Indian States (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telengana) through DTDC courier.

    2. COD Shipping

    • The estimated average delivery time is 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • Shipping Cost will be added to the product's total cost.
    • Shipped by Surface
    • Shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the package and will be shown during checkout.
    • You have to pay Rs. 199/- as advance after the COD order is placed, to confirm the order and the rest amount you have to pay during delivery.
    • COD order will be automatically canceled if Rs. 199/- is not paid in a few hours.
    • Rs. 199/- will not be refunded if the order is canceled after it is shipped.  

    Note:

    • Once parcels are dispatched, we don't have any control over them as the courier is a separate company. Please contact us if you have any concerns during delivery and we will work with the courier to resolve them.

     3. International Shipping

    • Items are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received.
    • It takes around 10-30 business days to deliver.
    • We use reputed couriers like FedEx, DHL, Bluedart, EMS, etc.
    • We will ship from China.
    • The customer will help the courier with the clearance of customs if needed. 
    • There is no refund or return available after purchase.
    • If there is any problem with the product, it will be refunded.

    4. Preorder Shipping:

    1. Preorder means the item is not in stock, but you can still purchase it.
    2. It takes around 7-10 business days to deliver after it is shipped.
    3. Preorder is typically shipped in 10 days.
    4. Check for Preorder label on the product product title.

    5. Mobile Case Shipping

    • Items are shipped within 2-4 business days after payment is received.
    • It takes around 10-30 business days to deliver.
    • We will ship from China.
