Warranty

Warranty Policy:

There is a 1 year warranty on the products we sold including accessories. If there is any manufacturing defect, we will replace (not refund) the product, without any questions asked.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use or installation
- Damage due to acts of nature
- Accidents
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Commercial use
- Modifications to any part of the product

• The warranty will start on the date of delivery.
• An image or video of the defective product has to be shown to claim the warranty.
• Everything, including the product original box, has to be returned
• Apexel India will bear the shipping cost.
• Replacement will be sent based on product availability.
• If the product is no longer available, the full amount will be refunded, or a similar product will be sent after confirming with the buyer.
